These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between RapidREI ("RapidREI," "we," "our") and the individual or entity ("Customer," "You," "Your") using or accessing our services, applications, or platform through our website available at rapidrei.io (the "Site"), or by any other means (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms explain your rights regarding motivated seller leads, agent responses, and other outputs you receive using the Service (the "Results"), any inputs you provide (the "Inputs"), your use of the Services, and other important topics such as arbitration. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data and can be found at rapidrei.io/privacy.
Please carefully review these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and all other documents referenced in these Terms. Together with these Terms, these documents form a single, binding agreement between us (the "Agreement").
This Agreement is effective when the Customer is presented with this Agreement and proceeds to use or access the Services (the "Effective Date") or receives Results from the Services. We may update this Agreement from time to time, and any updates will be presented to the Customer. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If You do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using or accessing the Services immediately.

Our platform offers powerful automated outreach to real estate agents in your target markets, identifying motivated seller opportunities with remarkable efficiency. While our AI provides agent responses and lead opportunities, it complements rather than replaces professional real estate expertise. Users should exercise their judgment when evaluating leads and consider their own due diligence when pursuing real estate opportunities.
By accessing and using RapidREI, You agree to comply with and be bound by our Terms of Service. These Terms outline the rules, regulations, and obligations that govern Your use of our website, platform, and services. By agreeing, You affirm that You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms as a binding agreement between You and RapidREI. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform or accessing the Services.
Your acceptance of these Terms also signifies Your agreement to our Privacy Policy, which together with these Terms form the entire Agreement governing Your use of RapidREI. Continued use of the Services indicates Your acknowledgment and acceptance of any modifications to these Terms that may occur over time. It is Your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure compliance.
We reserve the right to deny access to the Services to any individual or entity that fails to comply with these Terms. Please use RapidREI responsibly and in accordance with the purpose of the platform to ensure a positive experience for all users.

Leveraging cutting-edge AI technology, RapidREI empowers real estate investors to effortlessly identify opportunities by deploying automated offers to real estate agents in specified target markets. Whether you seek off-market deals, motivated seller contacts, or on-market opportunities, RapidREI offers a done-for-you lead generation service tailored to meet your investment requirements.
Our platform simplifies the lead generation process, enabling users to receive agent responses about motivated sellers without manual outreach. From initial agent contact to delivering responses directly to your email, RapidREI serves as your automated outreach partner, providing agent-verified opportunities and delivering motivated seller leads that reflect real market conditions in your target areas.
Service Delivery: Upon purchase, our AI system immediately begins processing your target markets and deploying automated offers to real estate agents in your specified locations. This process is initiated within hours of your purchase and continues throughout the service period (typically 30 days from purchase date). All agent responses indicating motivated sellers are forwarded directly to your email address.
RapidREI operates on a one-time payment model for lead generation services. We process payments through a third-party payment service provider, Stripe. The terms of service of Stripe shall govern and supersede this Agreement in the event of a conflict, but only with respect to payment processing. By using the Services, You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize RapidREI or Stripe to charge the applicable fees to the payment method You provide.
NO REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. Service delivery is deemed to have commenced when:
PROOF OF DELIVERY: RapidREI maintains detailed records of all services rendered, including but not limited to: timestamps of offers sent, number of agents contacted, markets targeted, and all agent responses received. Upon request, we can provide documented evidence that services were delivered as purchased. This documentation serves as proof of service completion and validates that our contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
SERVICE GUARANTEE: While we cannot guarantee specific results (such as the number of motivated seller responses you will receive), we guarantee that we will: (i) send offers to real estate agents in your specified target markets, (ii) deliver any agent responses directly to your email, (iii) provide up to the maximum number of offers specified in your purchased plan, subject to market availability, and (iv) maintain service delivery for the agreed-upon period.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) you understand the no-refund policy, (ii) you accept that results may vary based on market conditions and agent responsiveness, (iii) services begin immediately upon payment confirmation, and (iv) refunds will not be issued once service delivery has commenced. This policy is necessary because our service involves real-time costs including AI processing, agent outreach infrastructure, and immediate service deployment that cannot be reversed once initiated.
DISPUTES: If you believe there has been an error in service delivery or you have concerns about the services rendered, please contact our support team immediately at support@rapidrei.io. We will review your account activity, provide documentation of services delivered, and work to resolve any legitimate service delivery issues. However, disagreement with results or lower-than-expected response rates do not constitute grounds for refunds, as real estate market conditions and agent responsiveness vary and are beyond our control.
We reserve the right to change our prices and offerings at any time without prior notice. It is Your responsibility to review the applicable fees and terms before purchasing any service. RapidREI is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment services, including delays, errors, or unauthorized transactions. It is Your responsibility to resolve such matters directly with the payment provider, including Stripe. If payment is not successfully processed due to insufficient funds, expired payment methods, or other reasons, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Services until all outstanding fees are resolved.
We are constantly improving the Services to make them better. The Services are subject to modification and change, including but not limited to the outreach methodology, the algorithms used to identify agents and opportunities, and features available to the Customer. No guarantees are made with respect to the Services' quality, stability, uptime, or reliability. Please do not create any dependencies on any attributes of the Services or the Results. We will not be liable to You or Your downstream customers for any harm caused by Your dependency on the Service.
Both the Services and the Results are provided to the Customer on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or acting on the Results and assume any risks associated with the use of the Services.
RapidREI reserves the right to suspend or ban Your access to the Services at any time and for any reason. You may not access or use the Services for purposes of developing or offering competitive products or services. You may not reverse engineer the Services or the Results. You may not use automated tools to access, interact with, or generate Results through the Services beyond the automated services we provide. You may not resell or redistribute the Services or access to the Services. Only one user may use the Services per registered account. Each user of the Services may only have one account.
You may not use the Services to try to violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, patent, or trademark rights. Doing so may subject you to penalties including legal action or a permanent ban from the Services.
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information.
By accessing the Services, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. RapidREI's Services are designed exclusively for real estate investors and business professionals. If You are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
RapidREI is designed to provide professional lead generation services in a responsible manner. However, because the Results are generated by an AI system based on market data and agent interactions, unexpected outcomes may occur. This is an evolving technology, and while we aim for high-quality results, no guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or success rate of leads for Your specific needs. We encourage responsible use of the Services to ensure they align with Your business requirements.
By using the Services, You may provide RapidREI with personal information such as Your email address, name, phone number, company name, billing information, target market preferences, and zipcode specifications. Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect Your information, can be found at rapidrei.io/privacy. We do not collect or store payment card information directly; all payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
In the event a dispute, controversy, or claim arises out of or relating to these Terms ("Dispute"), the Dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any Dispute within 30 days after it arises. If the Dispute is not resolved within this timeframe, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association's International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its Expedited Commercial Rules in force as of the date of this Agreement ("Rules"). The parties will mutually select one arbitrator to oversee the proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted in English and take place in the United States.
By agreeing to mandatory arbitration as described herein, You and RapidREI knowingly and irrevocably waive any right to a trial by jury in any action, proceeding, or counterclaim. However, either party retains the right to apply to a competent court for injunctive relief necessary to protect its rights pending the resolution of arbitration. The arbitrator may grant equitable or injunctive relief consistent with the remedies and limitations set forth in this Agreement. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and the award may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction over the parties or their assets.
Each party will bear its own legal and expert fees and expenses, regardless of the arbitrator's final decision regarding the Dispute. This Agreement and any Dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
We provide the Services on an "as is" basis, and we make no promises or guarantees about their reliability, suitability, or availability.
You understand and agree that RapidREI will not be liable to You or any third party for any loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, however they arise. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Services, reliance on any information obtained from us, or errors, defects, or interruptions in the Services. Our aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount You paid for the Services that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You are solely responsible for Your use of the Services. If You cause harm to someone else or become involved in a dispute with a third party due to Your use of the Services or Results, RapidREI will not intervene or be held liable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You agree to indemnify and hold RapidREI, its affiliates, and its personnel harmless from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to third-party claims resulting from:
This indemnity obligation survives the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
You own all rights to the lead information and agent responses You receive through the Services to the fullest extent possible under applicable law. However, the following exceptions apply:
Inputs and other content You provide to the Services—including but not limited to target market specifications, zipcode preferences, and company information shared through the platform—are collectively referred to as "Content." You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Content You provide complies with applicable laws and this Agreement, and that You have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share such Content.
By using the Services, You grant RapidREI, its affiliates, successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the Content You input into the Services, as well as any Results produced through the Services. This license allows us to improve and promote our Services and persists even after the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
This license does not affect Your ownership rights over the Content and Results You receive but ensures that RapidREI can operate effectively and continuously improve the Services for all users.
RapidREI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or replace these Terms of Service, or to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service—including but not limited to specific functionalities, outreach methods, or content—at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be communicated through announcements on the RapidREI website, within the Service, or via email. Additionally, RapidREI retains the authority to impose limitations on certain features or services, or to restrict access to portions of or the entire Service, without prior notification or liability.
It is Your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Service for any updates or amendments. By continuing to use the Service after changes have been made and posted, You acknowledge and accept those changes. If You do not agree to the revised Terms, You must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
All logos, marks, and symbols associated with RapidREI are either trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to RapidREI. Any other trademarks referenced on this website are owned by their respective holders. You are not permitted to use the trademarks and logos shown on this website without the prior written permission from either RapidREI or the trademark owners. Certain parts, features, and functionalities of RapidREI's products may be safeguarded by patent applications or patents held by RapidREI.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the conditions herein, and any limitations applicable to RapidREI or by law: (i) you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and freely revocable license to access and use the Service for business purposes; (ii) you retain ownership of all Results you receive through the Services; and (iii) RapidREI assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in and to such Results for your personal or commercial use. RapidREI reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Service. Each user must maintain a unique account, and you are solely responsible for any activity conducted under your account. A breach or violation of any of our Terms of Service may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the Service without prior notice.
You acknowledge and agree that any misuse of the Service, including but not limited to actions that infringe on intellectual property rights or violate these Terms, may result in legal action, the suspension of your account, or the termination of this license agreement. If you have questions regarding the intellectual property rights of Results received through RapidREI, we recommend consulting with a legal professional to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
RapidREI may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Service, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. Further, either party may terminate the Services for any reason and at any time upon written notice. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting support@rapidrei.io. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. Upon any termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate, but all provisions hereof which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
RapidREI uses artificial intelligence to generate and send offers to real estate agents. You acknowledge and understand that:
You use all AI-generated leads and agent responses at your own risk and must independently verify any information before relying on it for business or investment decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. However, in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE FEES YOU PAY REFLECT THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND THAT RAPIDREI WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
