SERVICE NATURE: RapidREI operates on a one-time payment model for lead generation services. Upon payment, our AI system immediately begins processing your target markets and deploying automated offers to real estate agents in your specified locations. This process is initiated within hours of your purchase and continues throughout the service period (typically 30 days from purchase date).
NO REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. Service delivery is deemed to have commenced when:
PROOF OF DELIVERY: RapidREI maintains detailed records of all services rendered, including but not limited to: timestamps of offers sent, number of agents contacted, markets targeted, and all agent responses received. Upon request, we can provide documented evidence that services were delivered as purchased. This documentation serves as proof of service completion and validates that our contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
SERVICE GUARANTEE: While we cannot guarantee specific results (such as the number of motivated seller responses you will receive), we guarantee that we will: (i) send offers to real estate agents in your specified target markets, (ii) deliver any agent responses directly to your email, (iii) provide up to the maximum number of offers specified in your purchased plan, subject to market availability, and (iv) maintain service delivery for the agreed-upon period.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) you understand the no-refund policy, (ii) you accept that results may vary based on market conditions and agent responsiveness, (iii) services begin immediately upon payment confirmation, and (iv) refunds will not be issued once service delivery has commenced. This policy is necessary because our service involves real-time costs including AI processing, agent outreach infrastructure, and immediate service deployment that cannot be reversed once initiated.
DISPUTES: If you believe there has been an error in service delivery or you have concerns about the services rendered, please contact our support team immediately. We will review your account activity, provide documentation of services delivered, and work to resolve any legitimate service delivery issues. However, disagreement with results or lower-than-expected response rates do not constitute grounds for refunds, as real estate market conditions and agent responsiveness vary and are beyond our control.
